Accounts Payable Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join a dynamic team in Chandler, AZ. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity that offers room for growth and development within the organization. The AP Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Proficiency in QuickBooks OR Sage is required for this role. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.

Qualifications :
Experience : Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
Software Proficiency : Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks OR Sage accounting software.
Solid understanding of general accounting principles and AP processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other standard office applications.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle high transaction volumes.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage vendor relationships effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in industries such as construction, healthcare, manufacturing, or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems or other financial platforms is desirable.
