Description of the role :
The Mobile Service Technician at Gwinnett Place Ford is responsible for providing high-quality automotive service in a mobile and fast-paced environment. This role requires technical proficiency and the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet customer demands.
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks including oil changes tire rotations and filter replacements
- Repair vehicle issues accurately and promptly
- Ensure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and vehicle updates
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
