Our Bartenders are friendly and hospitable; they ensure that drinks and food are made to our guests liking. Our bartenders are always organized calm and friendly going above and beyond to make sure our bar guests have the best experience. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner.
• Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal state local and company laws and regulations.
• Present menu answer questions and make suggestions regarding drinks food and service.
• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards.
• Present and serve beverages to guests.
• Observe guests to fulfill any additional requests and to perceive when meal has been completed.
• Accurately total process and collect payments from guests to include but not limited to using the point-of-sale system handling money processing credit and debit cards making change and processing gift certificates cards and vouchers.
• Clear and reset counters and tables at conclusion of each guest.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout shift practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Stock and maintain the bar to include but not limited to beer wine spirits paper products straws and stirrers condiments glassware ice and produce.
• Work with the hotel team to create and deliver a memorable service experience for guests.
• Ability to prepare and service food and portion control servings.
