NetSuite OMS Administrator

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our Operations this role you will be responsible for the management of NetSuite and its integrated systems playing a critical role in enabling operational continuity across our Ecommerce team which encompasses Customer Service Order Processing Procurement Delivery and Logistics and Warehouse Management.

You will manage the NetSuite environment to ensure streamlined processes improved operational efficiency and ability to provide exceptional customer support. Day-to-day duties will be determined by partnering with Operations Customer Service and Procurement to ensure the NetSuite systems are configured now and in the future to drive the efficiencies needed to meet strategic business goals.

Beyond the Operations CS and Procurement teams youll collaborate with our Finance Merchandising Product and Technology teams to ensure seamless integration across all business operations. This role involves gathering requirements exploring solutions providing ongoing support and guidance based on your knowledge of NetSuite and continuing to educate internal teams about new possibilities.

This full-time position reports to the SVP of Operations and is located in Boise ID expected to work in a hybrid model which currently includes Monday Tuesday and Wednesday in-office.

What youll do :

• System Administration

Ensure NetSuite processes align with business requirements and workflows

Deliver training sessions and technical support to internal users

Generate suggested key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order volume fulfillment rates shipping costs etc.

What you bring to the table :

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role with demonstrated growth in responsibility

Competitive compensation including a cash-based incentive plan; salary is reviewed yearly and may be adjusted as part of the normal compensation review process

The base pay range for this position is : $97000 to $121000. Please note that placement within the posted salary range is based on several factors including geographic location experience skills alignment with role requirements and other job-related factors. It is uncommon for offers to be made at the top of the range as this typically reflects a candidate who exceeds all role requirements and brings significant directly applicable experience. We benchmark our pay ranges against current external data sources and regularly review compensation for our team members.
