Quality Control Lead

We re looking for an experienced Quality Control Lead to oversee quality control operations for our newly installed Digital Print Line. This is a key position responsible for ensuring that all printed cans meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. Schedule : Morning Shift

Pay : $32.00 + DOE

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise the quality control team for can decorating and packaging

Set and monitor standards for print quality, color consistency, and defect prevention

Perform regular inspections on finished products and in-process materials

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve print quality issues

Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure process consistency

Maintain quality reports, document deviations, and track corrective actions

Train staff on quality procedures, best practices, and safety standards

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality systems

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve efficiency

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

5+ years in quality control or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of printing processes, color management, and can decorating

Hands-on experience with inspection tools and quality checks

Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Effective problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge of ink chemistry and how it affects print performance

Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems
