Job Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the centerTrain, and schedule employees to effectively provide individualized instruction in a group setting via in-center or online, using the Mathnasium MethodLead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personallyConduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling studentsAdminister student assessments, identify learning gaps, and use the Mathnasium System to develop customized learning plansProvide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progressMonitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student successBecome proficient with digital educational materials and processesSupport the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environmentQualifications :
Passion for math and working with students and parentsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilitiesEagerness to learn and be trainedExceptional math competency through at least Algebra IHigh computer proficiency skillsCompleted Bachelor's Degree, preferred in education, math, or related fieldPrevious management or leadership experience preferredPrevious customer relationships & sales experience preferredAll applicants are required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
Compensation : $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
