Janitorial Worker

The janitorial worker is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the manufacturing facility, including production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces. This role ensures a safe, clean, and organized environment that supports operational efficiency and employee well-being.

Responsibilities :

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, and office areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in production and non-production areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and replace liners.
• Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and pressure washers.
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Respond to spills and other cleaning emergencies promptly.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks as directed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and facility-specific sanitation standards.

Work Environment :

You will be exposed to manufacturing equipment, noise, and varying temperatures. Work is organized into two shifts : 1st shift runs from Monday to Thursday, 5 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, and 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 3 : 30 PM to 2 : 00 AM.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00 / yr.
