job_description.job_card.job_descriptionClinic Hours : Mon Thu : 7 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM Fri : 7 : 30 AM 12 : 00 PM Clinic Volume : 2 patients / hour (varies by appointment length) Support Staff : 1 Nurse Practitioner + 3 Nurses per shift Procedures : Suction D&C Laparoscopy NST interpretation C-sections Circumcisions Tubal ligations EMR : EPIC Dictation Tool : Dragon Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years), ACLS, BLS, PALS Experience : Minimum 1 year Case Logs : 50 deliveries + 25 GYN procedures in past 12 months Licensing : MI license or IMLC letter of qualification accepted Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days (prioritized by start date) Daily Rate : $4000 (all-inclusive, excluding travel) Malpractice Insurance : Covered Travel and Lodging : Covered
