Renewal by Andersen is hiring an Installation Completion Specialist to join our Central North Carolina team! The position is based in our Greensboro office . It has a hybrid work schedule of 11am-8pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays may be required.

We are looking for candidates with construction or carpentry experience .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provides clear and timely direction to the Lead Installer and Service Technicians to address and resolve onsite issues.
• Initiates service requests when necessary, including capturing detailed photographs of the job site, composing a concise and accurate description of the issue, and documenting relevant serial numbers and equipment details.
• Maintains up-to-date and thorough documentation in the CRM system based on inspection findings.
• Initiates collection efforts for final payment when the project is deemed substantially complete.
• Engages with customers to confirm satisfaction and addresses any concerns.
• Collaborates closely with the Customer Care Manager to ensure an exceptional customer experience and upholds service excellence standards.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS :

SALARY INFORMATION : Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $19.45-$28.25 per hour plus incentives.
