Job Description

• Design Customized Therapy Plans : Assess patient needs and craft unique treatment strategies that help them achieve their functional recovery goals.
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions : Apply clinically supported techniques to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams : Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, integrative care.
• Empower Patients and Families : Provide education to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic approaches to facilitate sustained recovery at home.
• Track and Adjust Progress : Monitor treatment outcomes and modify plans as necessary to ensure continuous patient progress.
