We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a commercial and industrial property management company located in Richmond, California.

In this fully onsite role, you will play a key part in managing invoicing and billing tasks while providing additional administrative support to the team. This is a Contract position with the potential to transition into a long-term role.

This role is part time with an anticipated 25-35 hours per week.

Responsibilities :

• Process and manage tenant invoices, including rent and utilities payments.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate financial records.
• Address tenant billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Support subcontractor payment processes and related documentation.
• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain financial and operational records.
• Organize and manage filing systems to ensure easy access to important documentation.
• Collaborate with property owners to provide administrative and financial support.
• Monitor cash applications and collections to streamline financial operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related roles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property management processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in cash applications and collections.
• Experience with tenant invoicing and billing functions.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and filing.
• Effective communication skills to address tenant and subcontractor inquiries.
• Ability to work onsite in Richmond, California, and manage tasks independently.
