Embedded Software Developer

Work as an individual contributor and participate in the development, debugging, and maintenance of NXP's flagship embedded software smart card products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to deliver high quality and secure software.

Key Responsibilities & Core Competencies :

• Understand technical specifications in the smart card domain and develop, debug code for the same.
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality deliverables.
• Strong communicator with ability to understand diverse perspectives and collaborate within a team.
• Debug complex issues across hardware and software layers to ensure system reliability.
• Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel for meeting the project and business commitments.

The base salary range for this position is $113,300 to $155,800 annually. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and / or equity for certain roles. Company benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k), and paid leave. Please note that the base salary range (OR hourly rate) is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs. This base pay range is specific to California and is not applicable to other locations.
