We're seeking a dynamic, execution-focused Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of products across Givzey and Version2.ai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and is passionate about solving real-world problems through technology. You'll work with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, manage roadmaps, and ship products that drive business impact and user delight.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision : Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to define product goals, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business objectives across both products.
• User Discovery & Insights : Work closely with the VP of Customer Success to coordinate customer interviews, gather feedback, and synthesize insights to deeply understand user needs in both the philanthropic and AI domains.
• Execution & Delivery : Write clear product specs, prioritize features, and work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver product releases on time.
• Cross-functional Leadership : Facilitate agile planning, lead stand-ups, and serve as the go-to resource between tech, ops, and client teams.
• Unit Economics & Cost Analysis : Partner with Finance / Ops to model COGS, gross-margin, and lifetime value; surface cost drivers early in the product-discovery process and ensure roadmap priorities improve both user value and contribution margin.
• KPI Definition & Accountability : Establish leading / lagging KPIs across acquisition, engagement, retention, revenue, and costincluding COGS and payback periodthen instrument dashboards, run A / B tests, and iterate based on the results.
• Innovation & Market Awareness : Stay ahead of trends in AI, nonprofit tech, and SaaS; identify new opportunities to enhance our offerings.
