Human Resources Coordinator

Hourly Base Rate : $20.15 - $29.07

Shift : Days, Monday-Friday

Hours : 40 / week

Job Summary :

  • Provides administrative support to the HR team
  • Provides first level support to internal employees and external customers
  • Directs correspondence to the appropriate member of the HR team - includes answering incoming calls, greeting guests, checking general HR voicemail and email accounts
  • Maintains personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and electronic form and ensure all employment requirements are met. maintain accurate employee records
  • Maintains medical staff credentials, licensure and certification records - includes verifying, tracking and reporting
  • Supports Employee Recognition and other employee programs
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Interpersonal skills with a customer service focused approach
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and work on several projects at once
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems - experience with UltiPro and HealthStream preferred
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Experience, Education, and Certifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in a Human Resources support role required
  • HR Certificate or similar credentials / education preferred
  • Strong ability in using MS Office Products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
