DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Records Specialist Supervisor, prepare and review record control operation s and maintain the security of inmate records . You will supervise a team that gathers, evaluates, and validates inmate records. You will also review, interpret, and apply court orders to facilitate accurate certified sentence computations. This role requires solid analytical skills to ensure records are current and accurate, as well as effective communication to i nterview, photograph, and fingerprint inmates upon reception and release . You will also process incoming and outgoing inmate transfer records, testify at extradition hearings or other judicial proceedings, and conduct final reviews of release documentation.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
• Work hours are 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary : In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
