Core Functions of the Entry Level Account Specialist
Qualify mobile connectivity leads through CRM-based outreach and structured engagement workflows across residential and business segments.
Guide customers through AT&T’s mobile service options, including device selection, wireless plans, and bundled connectivity features.
Manage onboarding by verifying documentation, tracking provisioning steps, and aligning with campaign delivery standards.
Maintain CRM accuracy to monitor pipeline movement, customer interactions, and activation milestones for reporting and forecasting.
Support post-sale engagement by reinforcing product value, identifying upgrade opportunities, and promoting long-term mobile retention.
