Summary of Position

This position performs general administrative work for the Deputy Chancellor for U.S. Campus Operations and also coordinates and supports the implementation of policies and procedures for the department. Minimum Required Education Associates Degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education or High School Diploma / GED is required depending on experience. Minimum Required Experience Three (3) years of full time wage earning clerical experience with an Associates Degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution or  Ten (10) years full time wage earning clerical experience with a HS diploma / GED. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating all web browsers.
  • Demonstrate written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to proofread and verify reports with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to interface effectively with the public, Board of Trustees, Executive Officers and all levels employees.
