Job Title : Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology

Join our dynamic team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner at a premier facility in Macon, Georgia. You will have the opportunity to work at the only dedicated pediatric hospital in central and south Georgia, offering a state-of-the-art Level-III NICU. Our facility is recognized as a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence and features a newly opened 50,000 square foot neonatal intensive care unit.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality care in the 66-bed Level-III NICU.
• Manage variable shifts including 10-hour days Monday through Thursday, 8-hour shifts on weekends, and 16-hour night coverage for four days a week.
• Utilize advanced services such as high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and brain cooling protocols.
• Collaborate with subspecialty teams for comprehensive patient support.
• Maintain clinical appointments at Mercer Medical School.
• Participate in the educational development of fellow clinicians and students.
