Project Coordinator

Penmac Staffing is recruiting a Project Coordinator to work for a local company. They are seeking a well-organized, inquisitive, and adaptable office professional who can manage multiple responsibilities in a busy office. This role combines detail-oriented project execution with creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and follow up on tasks to ensure that deadlines and expectations are met
• Be sensitive to the needs of customers, team members, and suppliers and adapt your communications to the other person’s style
• Analyze project needs and recommend solutions that optimize time and resources
• Maintain accurate records and assist in developing new internal processes and systems
• Collaborate with coworkers and suppliers to meet customer needs with QUALITY first.

Qualifications

$18 + / hr depending on experience
