Position Summary :

The Human Resources Intern will directly assist the Vice President & Chief HR Officer, and the Director of Human Resources with a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, training, recruiting, onboarding / orientation, and employee engagement. Through the assigned projects, the Human Resources Intern will have the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the Human Resources function, as well as knowledge about the health insurance industry.

The Human Resources Intern will also collaborate with administration, finance, and IT staff to ensure assigned projects are completed on time.
