A prestigious Boston university seeks a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the VP of Student Affairs in a fast-paced, student-focused environment. This role requires strong multitasking, communication, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Calendar Management – Oversee scheduling, prioritize meetings, and resolve conflicts
- Communication – Serve as the VP’s primary point of contact, handling inquiries professionally
- Travel & Events – Coordinate logistics for domestic and occasional international travel
- Expense & Budget – Process reimbursements and manage financial transactions in Workday
- Office Operations – Maintain records, order supplies, and improve administrative workflows
Qualifications :
