The opportunity

We're assembling a world-class team to make agriculture more sustainable and profitable. We're seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to accelerate our user acquisition and expansion strategy. You’ll partner closely with the Head of Growth to optimize marketing initiatives, improve conversion funnels, and maximize marketing efficiency. As we scale rapidly, your technical expertise will be instrumental in driving measurable growth through data-informed decisions and innovative solutions.

Required Skills and experience

5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in growth or product engineering

Fluency in TypeScript, React, and modern front-end development

Strong experience in A / B testing and data analysis

Experience with analytics tools and infrastructure, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization

Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Experience working closely marketing and product teams
