The Role

Position Details :

Position : Loan Documentation Processor 2

Industry : Banking / Financial Services

Job duration : 6 Months (Possible Extension)

Location : Des Moines, IA 50309  ( Onsite )

Day To Day :

  • Review and validate loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Cross-check borrower information, loan terms, and supporting documents for discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and internal teams to resolve documentation issues.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to minimize errors and processing delays.
  • Participate in virtual training sessions and apply learned knowledge effectively in daily tasks.
  • Comparing Documents to Policy – seeing if they have all elements needed in the documentation then comparing that to policy guidelines and lastly they will be expected to take note on what is missing or needs changes according to the policy.
