We are a high-volume GM dealership and have earned Dealer of the Year 7 years in a row. We are looking for a driven and personable Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities focusing on the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) and other GM dealerships.

Act as a wholesale parts consultant dedicated to growing the dealerships IAM business.

Communicate and interface with GM Field Managers and Aftersales on a regular basis.

Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and increase profitability.

Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits to assess needs promote monthly programs and provide product recommendations.

Understand each customers business model and consult on growth opportunities to increase profitability.

Maintain daily activity levels and meet KPI benchmarks.

Prospect and acquire new business through active outreach and relationship building.

Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer needs and determining best actions to meet them.

Stay up to date on industry trends to identify potential opportunities for parts growth.

Leverage CRM tools to provide insight and reporting in conjunction with the parts manager and sales team.

• Evaluate order trends purchase behavior and declining sales patterns.

Understand and communicate monthly promotions to existing and prospective customers.

Execute programs such as RepairLink CollisionLink and GM Rewards in the IAM channel.

Work closely with the internal sales team and parts department to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products pricing promotions and industry trends.
