Position Summary :

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area for an Accounts Payable Professional. The Accounts Payable Professional will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include verifying and processing invoices, reconciling accounts, communicating with vendors, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will also involve assisting with month-end closing activities and supporting the finance team as needed. This position has the potential to go hybrid after the first 6 months.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable Experience
• Analytical Skills and Finance skills
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Munis ERP system experience is preferred
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or 3 years equivalent work experience
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial, curious, and improvement-oriented individual
