How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead vendor partnerships across RPO and MSP programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Manage contingent workforce processes, metrics, and compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to drive executive-level searches and deliver leadership talent.
• Track and report on recruiting performance, identifying areas for optimization.
• Align recruiting practices with business goals, ensuring a unified and efficient talent model.
• Serve as the central point of coordination between internal HR, operations, and vendor teams.
