3101115\n\n LPN - MED SURG\n\nDESCRIPTION : \n\nJob Title : LPN – Med Surg\nLocation : Rochester, NY\n\nResponsibilities : \n\nProvide direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit.\n\nTake ownership of patient assignments under the supervision and support of an RN.\n\nMonitor, document, and report patient status accurately.\n\nCollaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.\n\nAdhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.\n\nQualifications : \n\nCurrent LPN license in New York State.\n\nMinimum of 2 years hospital experience, preferably in a Med-Surg setting.\n\nStrong clinical skills and ability to work independently with support from RNs.\n\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\n\nSchedule : \n\n3x12 -hour night shifts\n\nEvery other weekend required
