Responsible for planning, directing, and managing all phases of facilities projects, equipment and machinery maintenance, and building modifications from concept through implementation.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor�s degree in related field with 6 years of experience, or Master�s degree with 4 years of relevant professional experience
Project management experience
Proficiency with computer systems and software tools
Contractor management experience
Preferred Skills :
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience in budgeting, cost control, and schedule management for large projects
Knowledge of facilities planning, space utilization, and equipment maintenance practices
Responsibilities :
Plan utilization of space and facilities in alignment with organizational requirements and available resources
Direct and manage all phases of equipment and machinery maintenance, facilities modifications, and building projects
Define project requirements, negotiate contracts and changes, and establish operating budgets
Act as primary contact for facilities, equipment, and project-related activities
Lead project reviews of cost, schedule, and technical performance
Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans, budgets, and schedules
Identify project problems and develop solutions, including resource allocation or scope adjustments
Coordinate and oversee the work of employees and contractors assigned to projects
Pay Details : $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
