If that sounds like you, Capital Property Solutions (CPS) is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the central hub for scheduling, vendor coordination, and project oversight - making sure maintenance work is completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards. You’ll work closely with our Maintenance Supervisor, Technicians, and Association Managers to keep communities running at their best.

- Pay range : $20–$22 / hr, based on experience

What You’ll Do
Coordinate service requests with CPS technicians and outside vendors, ensuring timely response to both emergency and non-emergency workManage project timelines, scope and obtain quotes, schedule site visits, and oversee work from start to finishMaintain accurate documentation, receipts, and community information in company systemsTrack and organize maintenance inventory, tools, uniforms, and supplies; order products as neededVisit properties to take photos, gather details, and monitor project progressProvide proactive, clear communication to board members, residents, and internal team.What You Bring
High School Diploma / GEDMaintenance Coordinator or Project Management experience (preferred)Self-starting, reliable, and confident in decision-makingStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipmentAbility to travel to various properties in and around the Columbus areaExperience creating estimatesMust pass a background check and pre-employment drug screeningPowered by JazzHR
