We are working with a top Am Law firm who represent clients with global footprints on their most complex and high-stakes business, advocacy, and regulatory matters. The Downtown Denver office is seeking to hire a mid-level litigation paralegal to support their fast-paced Litigation and Digital Assets and Data Management (DADM) practice groups.

Practice Group Backgrounds :

The Digital Assets and Data Management (DADM) group helps clients manage risks and leverage data and technology throughout the entire data lifecycle—from privacy and security to advertising, transactions, and emerging tech. Their work is cutting-edge, bridging legal, tech, and compliance landscapes.

This Litigation team handles high-stakes commercial litigation for major clients. Their work spans class action defense, data breach litigation, healthcare, construction, antitrust, IP, product liability, and more. They are experts in handling complex commercial disputes from investigation to trial and appeal.

Role Details :

The firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5–7 years of experience for their Downtown Denver office. This candidate will need a strong commercial litigation background with extensive pre-trial experience, and they must be an expert in filing in State and Federal Court. Experience in Data Privacy is preferred, as well as working in large, high-volume firms.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership-supportive paralegal role and who thrives in formal, high-expectation office settings. Business professional attire is required.

Job Duties :

Assists with the preparation of legal documents such as complaints and answers, motions, discovery requests and responses, affidavits, subpoenas and settlement documents for review, approval, and use by attorney.

E-file in State and Federal Courts.

Coordinates document production including summarizing documents, attending productions, reviewing documents and arranging for copying.

Assists with depositions including preparing notices and subpoenas duces tecum and arranging for court reporter.  Indexes and summarizes depositions and deposition exhibits.  Prepares and organizes materials for depositions.

Assists with brief preparation including cite checking, sherardizing, proofing, quotation verification and compilation of appendices and addendums.

Assists with trial preparation including preparing exhibits, notebooks, checklists and witness files.  Coordinates the schedules of witnesses and experts.

Attends trials and acts as liaison with outside vendors for the preparation of charts, graphs, etc.

Maintains and organizes trial exhibits and documents at court and arranges for transportation.

Investigates facts of case and prepares summaries and memos concerning the data.

Organizes and maintains document form and client files.

Database case management including developing information retrieval systems.

Researches and analyzes law sources such as cases, statutes, legal articles, regulations and public records.

Traits :

The ideal candidate will possess excellent people, organizational, and planning skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced ever-changing priorities. This role requires creativity and the ability to think innovatively and exercise independent judgment when necessary while handling sensitive and confidential information. They also will be acting as a “project manager” and managing the deadlines and next steps for multiple large scale cases at the same time.

Metrics, Benefits, Salary :

Salary : $80K–$100K DOE + Discretionary Performance Bonus (bonus eligibility begins next year)

Hybrid Schedule :  3 days in-office, 2 days remote (Tues / Thurs remote); candidate pays for parking
