We're seeking a team Lead to join the 2nd shift at our optical manufacturing facility.

Base pay PLUS an  additional 10% shift differential AND bi-weekly bonus opportunities.  We also have a generous PTO plan and many other benefits.

2nd Shift Hours :       Sundays-Thursdays, 4 : 00pm - 12 : 30am

Job Description

Our associates are responsible for performing a variety of duties, depending on their assigned department.  Lead lab techs are responsible for processing orders, training associates and assisting Supervisors with department operations.

Duties of an Inventory Lead include :

• Print orders from DVI, edit errors, sort lenses, ensure job trays are correct for processing
• Pre-inspect lenses, return defects to manufacturer
• Receive lenses into inventory, load new frames into DVI, inventory lenses periodically
• Add lenses and frames to inventory for cancelled orders
• Research orders failures, process lens breakage through DVI
