Cumberland Hall Hospital is seeking a Family Practice - With OB Physician to provide medical services to psychiatric patients of all ages, including children and adolescents, as well as specialized programs for military service members. The position involves conducting medical histories and physical examinations, with a case load that includes both child / adolescent and adult patients. Located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, the hospital is dedicated to delivering high-quality mental health and substance abuse services in a state-of-the-art facility.

Cumberland Hall Hospital is a 97 bed psychiatric hospital, proudly providing mental health services to children (ages 4-12), adolescents (ages 13-17), adults, and the specific needs of individuals serving in the Military, as well as their families. Services include mental health as well as substance abuse and detox treatment. Our new 79,000 square foot facility, built in 2012, is one of 12 "Centers of Excellence" that operate as part of UHS' Patriot Support Program.

Opportunity Details :

• Independent Contractor position
• Case load of Child / Adolescent & Adults
• Provide on site Medical Services to psychiatric patients
• Duties include : History & Physicals for all ages + medical call 15 days / month (16th-31st)
