Job Title : Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location : Waco, TX Area (100% On-Site)
Job Type : Full-Time | Direct Hire

Work Hours : Monday – Friday, Business Hours
Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our hiring efforts at our Waco area manufacturing facility. This on-site position will focus primarily on recruiting responsibilities, with the potential to grow into a broader HR Generalist role over time.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in onboarding and new hire orientation processes
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and internal hiring documentation
Administrative / HR Support (20%)
Support general HR functions as needed, including document filing, employee record maintenance, and reportingAssist with employee communications and engagement activitiesHelp implement and maintain HR policies and proceduresQualifications :
2+ years of recruiting or interviewing experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced settingHigh level of discretion and professionalismPreferred :
Bilingual in English and SpanishFamiliarity with HR practices or a desire to grow into a generalist roleGrowth Opportunity :
