Private Equity Investment Funds (Secondaries) – Mid-Level Associate

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified candidate with 3-6 years of experience to join our Private Investment Funds practice and Private Equity group with a particular focus on secondary and liquidity transactions. Candidates must have experience both working in teams and managing substantial components of secondary transactions for private equity sponsors and secondary investors alike – while experience in general fundraising and co-investments will also be looked upon favorably.

Candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) in the resident office’s location is required.
