Grow With Us! The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships and service our P&C customers.
This position will report to our agency located in Port Saint Lucie, FL. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls & fielding calls to various account executives depending on client's request.
- Process & follow up on policy change requests.
- Effectively document all correspondence into our client management system
- Process policy downloads into our client management system
- In charge of checking each of our carrier websites for pending cancellations, non-renewals and other carrier underwriting requests which require action. This process includes attaching all invoices and renewal notices to clients’ files and set up suspense's to follow-up on renewals and payments.
- Follow up on daily activities list.
- Send emails to clients if renewals and / or invoices are not paid.
- Daily review of monthly expiration lists to make sure policies have been renewed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
High School or bachelor’s degree.Minimum license requirement : 4-40Excellent Customer Service SkillsPunctual and reliableAbility to multi-task and take direction.OrganizedExcellent verbal and writing skills.Computer knowledge including ability to type 38-40 words per minute.Benefits :
