Job Title : Licensed Insurance Agent

Type of Role : Temporary / Seasonal Direct Hire - Ending December 8th 2025

Expected Length of Contract : 1 - 3 months

Shift / Hours : Shift will be within these hours of operation

Monday - Saturday 7am CST - 9pm CST, overtime available depending on business needs)

Location : Work from Home - no travel required

  • excluding the following resident states : AK, CA, DE, HI, LA, NC, SD, OR, WA, NV, WY, IN, OH, GA, WV, NY, District of Columbia]

Hourly Range : $19 - $22

This role is a fast-paced and rewarding job assisting with inbound customers seeking to sign up for new life and / or health insurance policies, or upgrade current policies. Active listening, empathy, and upselling are all effective skillsets for a successful season.

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Answering a high number of inbound calls from new and current clients - selling Medicare products through the specified carrier during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
  • Assisting customers with selecting a plan
  • Answering customer questions
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Respond to requests for assistance and / or possible processing of payments
  • Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues

    • Skills and Experience :

  • Active “Health Insurance License” (Must have resident license in the state you are currently living in)
  • AEP Experience and Sales Experience preferred
  • Ability to work full time shifts
  • Open availability between hours of operation is required
  • At least 1 year’s Customer Service experience minimum
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Basic Computer Knowledge / Skills

    • Requirements to Work from Home :

  • Quiet & Professional Workplace
  • Minimum subscribed download rate equals or exceeds 35.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equals or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 30ms
  • No Satellite internet and no mobile data internet including (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots, etc)
  • No P2P (peer to peer) network
  • No VPN
  • Internet Provider connections that are NOT allowed : T-Mobile, Star Link, HughesNet, EarthLink, Starry Internet, Kinetic by Windstream, Visible by Verizon, Optimum, Verizon LTE
