Chemical Dependency – Physician Assistant - Rochester, NY

As an Advanced Practice Practitioner treating patients with substance use disorders, you will work with a team of physicians, APPs and nurses and collaborate frequently with therapists to provide medical and addiction treatment to a diverse population. At Rochester Regional, you will have a wide range of practice opportunities at multiple locations with in-person and remote opportunities. Our team meets weekly and supports each other daily. STATUS : Full Time LOCATION : Hope Haven (Batavia), Rochester DEPARTMENT : Chemical Dependency SCHEDULE : Days, Evenings RESPONSIBILITIES / ATTRIBUTES At least one (1) year of experience preferred in chemical dependency, primary care, or hospital medicine Strong interpersonal and communication Compassionate, warm and patient focused Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision Exceptional documentation skills and professional behavior OFFERINGS Lucrative compensation Paid malpractice with tail coverage Additional benefits; Relocation services; Loan forgiveness and pension plan 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CME Comprehensive health benefits PAY RANGE $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants.
