Office Coordinator Bilingual Preferred
The Office Coordinator performs several administrative support and customer service tasks to ensure efficient operation of their office environment.
Specific duties and responsibilities may include :
Answering phone calls
Greeting customers and visitors in the office,
Managing schedules / Sending out tickets to various job sites
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails,
Qualifications :
Must have intermediate computer skills
Must be upbeat and confident.
Minimum 1 year Staffing or dispatch experience preferred
Bilingual Preferred
Monday-Friday / 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm
