Join our Legal Team! GoFundMe is searching for a law student from a nationally-accredited US law school to join our Summer 2026 Intern Program.

This is a 10 week internship program that runs from May 27th 2026 to August 7th 2026.

The Job

Are you a law student looking to experience legal work in-house at an industry-leading platform As a legal intern at GoFundMe you will have the opportunity to assist a small but mighty legal team with a wide range of legal issues including but not limited to :

• Reviewing drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements.
• The development of templates policies and procedures and other aspects of legal operations.
• Dispute resolution and litigation.
• Identifying legal and business risks and providing strategic practical and creative legal and business advice.
• A variety of projects as needed including corporate governance IP marketing reviews data privacy product counseling employment and more.

Location

This position is a remote position within the US. However the role may include occasional work at a GoFundMe office or attendance at offsites as agreed to with your manager. Additionally although the position is remote you must live in a state where GoFundMe is authorized to hire employees. Your recruiter will inform you what states you are eligible to work from.

The hourly rate for this position is $75.00. As this is a remote position the pay rate was determined by role level and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
