Job Summary :

An Assistant Manager is a leader in their restaurant with a passion for ensuring daily operation excellence by creating a memorable Guest experience and helping their teams learn and grow. Assistant Managers support their Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by investing their time in developing future leaders, upholding brand standards, and assisting the RGM with essential duties. Assistant Managers ensure that Team Members deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes famous Cajun Hospitality.

Requirements :

Minimum of 1 year's experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.

High School Diploma is preferred.

Proficiency in POS systems.

Strong knowledge of team leadership.

Familiarity with positive conflict resolution.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
