We are seeking a dynamic and professional Office Receptionist to join our team ASAP. This is a vital role within our organization, serving as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and possess a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment

Job : On site

Location : Riverside, CA

Pay Range : $750- $1100 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage scheduling for conference rooms and appointments.
• Maintain and organize the reception area to ensure it is presentable at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and shipments.
• Assist in data entry and management of office supplies inventory.
