Responsibilities

• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup to create detailed architectural drawings
• Develop schematic designs and construction drawings
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs meet client requirements and building codes
• Prepare presentations and renderings for client meetings
• Conduct site visits and assist in the evaluation of existing structures
• Incorporate sustainable design principles into architectural plans
• Be open-minded and willing to help with problem-solving, the exchange of ideas, and working as part of a team to create solutions for challenges presented through the design process.
• Knowledge of current building code standards as they relate to commercial building codes, energy codes, and other associated codes related to the project at hand.
• Coordinate with project consultants including Civil, Structural, and PME engineers as required to complete CDs associated with the project at hand.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure projects are delivered to clients on time and accurately.
