Position Overview
We are excited to announce entry-level openings for Case Manager Assistants to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our case managers and attorneys in delivering exceptional legal services. If you are detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and are looking to launch or further your career in the legal field, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and file medical records and documents
- Initiate insurance claims
- Open Medi-Cal / Medicare / Private Insurance Liens
- Support investigation efforts and coordinate with investigators to collect witness statements
- Arrange medical appointments for clients
- Order and check status of Traffic Collision Reports
- Assist with client communications
- Draft and send miscellaneous letters
- Fill out and file forms (i.e. SR1 and SR19)
- Provide daily assistance to the Case Manager
- Cover for the Case Manager in case of absence
- Other duties as assigned

Compensation
$20 to $25 per hour
