Accountabilities

Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules, baselines, and performance metrics.

Facilitate collaboration across IT and technical teams, including developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and technical briefings to leadership and stakeholders.

Track and manage project scope, risks, costs, and performance parameters.

Support the implementation of process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies.

Provide coaching, guidance, and recommendations to team members on project execution and resource allocation.

Ensure projects align with organizational objectives and quality standards while mitigating risks.
