We are seeking an experienced Test and Evaluation Engineer to manage the planning and execution of test and evaluation activities in coordination with the Army Evaluation Center. The T&E Engineer will lead and participate in system-level technical and operational testing for software-intensive systems.

This is an opportunity to be involved in the newly formed PM Cyber & Space and be a part of the rapidly growing Cyber Development Product Office responsible for key capabilities within the offensive cyber operations world.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the overall planning and execution of test and evaluation activities in coordination with the Army Evaluation Center and other external DOD test agencies.
• Lead and participate in system-level technical and operational testing for software-intensive systems and analyze T&E data.
• Assists in developing preparing executing and overseeing Test Plans and Procedures to include mission scenarios and evaluation methodologies.
• Assess technical documentation for test readiness and monitor T&E accomplishment.
• Assist the development of testing tools and methodologies and coordinate with the testing organizations throughout the T&E lifecycle inclusive of data authentication groups.
• Prepare / review test documentation including Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) specific test plans schedules and test report in support of Milestone Decisions and Material Release.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69000 to $166000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
