Use your skills where innovative technology solutions begin. ECLARO is looking for a Support / Deployment Techs for our client in Greenwood Village, CO.

Responsibilities :
- Windows workstation deployment which includes : Receipt from previous user or branch, general clean-up, if necessary. Receipt of new laptops from carrier. Unboxing / boxing. Set up on bench. Imaging (for new laptops). Adding to domain / Correcting OU. Software push and configuration. Managing inventory.
- Decommissioning if laptop is at end of life per the policy.
- Staging of devices and peripherals.
- At branch locations, assistance with tech refresh tasks including removing old devices, installing new devices, cable management / replacement, as necessary.
- General lab organization, cleanup.
- Dock pickups, de-palatizing.
