Position Highlights :

• Independent practice with strong hospital connections, providing comprehensive OB / GYN services.
• A full support team dedicated to optimizing patient care and clinical workflows.
• Engagement in a collaborative care environment led by physicians.
• Focus on quality care, patient education, and health outcomes.
• Active involvement in patient assessments, care planning, and personalized care education to empower patients in their health journeys.
• Call Schedule : One weekday call shift per week and one weekend call shift monthly, adjusted based on business needs.
• Mentorship & Growth : Enjoy mentorship from experienced providers, ideal for early-career physicians. PGY-3 residents can consider a paid mentorship opportunity.
• All surgical procedures will have the accompaniment of an experienced physician for support and collaboration.
