As a Parts Sales Specialist , your typical responsibilities include :

• Greet walk-in customers, respond to customer telephone calls and inquiries, sells products and / or services to meet customer needs.
• Process internal (inter-company) parts transfer requests.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assist with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations.
• Keep work area and assigned warehouse areas neat, clean, and organized.
• Maintains condition of department vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
• Participate in (annual) physical inventory
