About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its new rehabilitation hospital, which is set to open in the summer of 2027. The CEO will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, designing and implementing a strategic plan that emphasizes clinical excellence, financial performance, and business development. This role involves creating and maintaining operational controls, overseeing the financial structure, and ensuring that the organization meets all regulatory and accreditation standards. The successful candidate will also be tasked with motivating and leading a high-performance management team, as well as attracting and retaining the necessary staff, including physicians.
Applicants for the CEO position should have a minimum of 5 years of successful healthcare management experience, with a preference for those who have served as a hospital or healthcare facility CEO or COO. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for superior clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and partner relationships. Experience in rehabilitation hospitals and knowledge of Med-Surge hospitals and systems are also desirable. The CEO will be expected to ensure that all activities and operations are in compliance with healthcare regulations and to make a significant impact on the lives of the patients served by the facility.
