Summary :

The Patient Access Operations Analyst (Tableau Reporting) turns ambulatory access data into decisions. You will design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and data sources that translate scheduling, referral, authorization, and registration workflows into clear, operational insights for leaders and clinic teams. Partnering with Patient Access leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will define metrics, map data from source to visualization, and guide action through compelling analysis, storytelling, and senior‑level presentations. Day to day, you’ll query and prepare data (SQL / Tableau Prep), build performant Tableau workbooks (LOD, parameters, row‑level security), and publish to Tableau Server with robust documentation. This role blends analytics, operations, and project management—ideal for a Tableau developer who loves improving access, capacity, and patient experience across ambulatory sites.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with senior leadership in support of the organization's budget recovery initiatives, including staffing project teams and project management activities.
  • Financial and operations analysis, including benchmarking and productivity analysis
  • Financial reporting of budget recovery initiatives
  • Assist senior leadership within the operations group relative to on-going operations and performance improvement activities.
  • Complete quality improvement work as opportunities are identified
  • Resolve issues identified during leadership rounding
  • Develop communication for town hall meetings and other events as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years previous or related experience. Required
  • EDUCATION

  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required
  • Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience Preferred
